Accessibility at QuickMath
The game is designed to remain understandable and operable across keyboards, touchscreens, zoom levels, motion preferences, and assistive technology.
Keyboard and focus
Number-row and numeric-keypad digits enter answers. Enter submits, Backspace edits, and S skips. Controls have visible focus styles, and gameplay keeps focus close to the answer.
Touch and layout
Critical controls meet a 48-pixel minimum target, with keypad rows sized for narrow mobile screens and safe-area space at the bottom. Content reflows instead of depending on a fixed desktop canvas.
Motion, colour, and sound
Reduced-motion preferences remove shake, pulse, and large movement. Correctness is communicated with words and outlines, not colour alone. Sound and haptics are off by default and can be enabled separately.
Screen readers and zoom
Equations, progress, results, form fields, tabs, and dialogs use semantic labels. Decorative elements stay hidden from assistive technology. The interface is designed to remain usable at 200% zoom. If you find a barrier, please report the route, device, and assistive technology through the project repository.
